We stayed here for only one night but everything was great! I have stayed in a few different hotels before but this hotel I would recommend to everyone and I will be back. - everything is new and clean - the staff is very helpful with everything - the room is spacious with very comfortable bed - the breakfast is delicious: vietnamese and western food Thank you for that wonderful stay! :)

Comfortable room , and had an excellent daily breakfast . Also , we loved the location- it was so easy to get to everything we wanted to do in Hanoi . All around , a great property ! I really like this hotel. If I come back to HaNoi I will definitely stay here again.Thank you to the entire team.

New hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. We had a very spacious and clean room. The breakfast was really good. .Comfy bed, toilet right there, nice and quiet as the hotel is off the street!There are so many restaurants & cafeterias near the hotel.

Excellent service provided by very professional staff. They are eager to help guests with all questions, needs. Room is adequate, clean and modern. This is one of the best hotel i ve stayed in Hanoi so far
